Abstract

The population of working age 15 years and over in Lamongan Regency in August 2019 was recorded at 936.65 thousand people.

The education of most workers is still low (elementary and below), which is 239.53 thousand people or 38.67%, while workers with higher education (diploma and above) are only around 75.23 thousand people or 12.15%, the rest is education junior high school, high school and vocational.

The most unemployed seen from the highest education completed are unemployed with Vocational High School education with TPT of 14.36% and High School with TPT of 7.81%, while the lowest is unemployed with elementary school education and below that is equal to 1.00% .
