Public Satisfaction Index 2008

The publication of the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) of Lamongan Regency in 2008 is a publication of survey results regarding the public's assessment of the performance of government service units that directly or indirectly provide services to the community. The survey/interview activities with respondents were conducted in June (June period) of 2008. The results of this survey are expected to provide an overview of the performance of service units, which can serve as a reference or indicator in policymaking related to public/community services.
