ADMISSION OF PROSPECTIVE AGRICULTURAL CENSUS FIELD OFFICERS IN BPS STATISTICS LAMONGAN REGENCY

From 1 June to 31 July 2023, BPS-Statistics Indonesia will carry out data collection for the 2023 Agricultural Census. The main objective of this Census activity is to obtain complete and accurate agricultural statistical data for planning and evaluation of development results, especially in the agricultural sector. .

 To produce quality data at the time of data collection for the 2023 Agricultural Census, competent field officers are needed.

 In Lamongan Regency, 1,076 Census Field Officer partners are needed, 180 Census Field Examiners and 4 District Census Coordinators (KOSEKA).

 To screen prospective field officers for the 2023 Agricultural Census, the BPS - Statistics Lamongan Regency conducted three screening stages, namely the registration, interview and e-learning stages.

 The registration phase has started on March 13-15 2023. At this stage there are 1,473 registrants but 1,361 have passed. On average, prospective officers do not qualify because they only register in the BPS SOBAT application but do not complete the registration file on the administration upload link provided by the Lamongan Regency BPS.

 Prospective officers who have passed the administration stage will take the interview test which will be held on March 19, 2023.

 The interview locations were in three places, namely in Tripe District (Café Tepi Sawah), Lamongan District (Grand Mahkota Hotel) and in Paciran District (Tanjung Kodok Beach and Resort). This is so that prospective officers do not need to come all the way to the Lamongan Regency BPS Office. Officers who do not follow this stage are disqualified.

 Furthermore, on March 23, 2023, prospective 2023 Agricultural Census officers are expected to take part in e-learning held by BPS-Statistics Indonesia. Interview test scores and e-learning test scores were taken into consideration by the BPS-Statistics Lamongan Regency selection team in determining the graduation of prospective officers. Announcement of the results of the 2023 Agricultural Census field officer candidates is planned to be announced on Friday, March 31, 2023.
